Success is not something that comes easily , It comes when you can overcome the natural tendency to cut corners and take the easy way. Lasting success is only possible when you can discipline yourself to work hard for a long time . You decide on what to do , then you determine the price that you are going to pay to have it and you resolve to pay the price involved. One key tool for success is WILLINGNESS . Are you willing to pay the price involved ? it is a question that is always hard for people to answer . You cannot survive in what you are not willing to do . Successful people are always willing to pay the price , no matter the cost , as long as they get the desired result they want .

Having a good character will always put you a step forward . As lack of good character have denied so many people of good job opportunity . It had hindered some people from being great in life and had cut short their future . For you to be successful , you must have a reputable character worthy of emulation .Having a good character can put you in a position you don't expect in life both in the workplace and in marriage . Your ability to develop a good character and honor is the highest achievement of both social and business life. The person you are today , your innermost character is the sum total of all your choices and decisions in life up to date . The type of character you exhibit in your working place and wherever you find yourself will go a long way in determining you true value in life.

We should learn to behave normal in any place we find ourselves . As no one knows tomorrow .Try and develop a good character and learn to respect people no matter the situation you find yourself.
